Free Shipping for orders over $200 NZD

Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and stress-free shopping experience. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $200 NZD. Weekday orders undergo processing within 2 working days, while those placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.

Order Confirmation and Details:

Following your order placement, you'll receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Please carefully review the provided information. Utilize the note field at checkout for any specific instructions for the courier.

Shipping Rates are calculated at the checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We appreciate your understanding.

Standard Delivery in New Zealand takes around 2-3 working days. 

Rural deliveries in New Zealand may take up to 5-6 days. Please note that rural orders under $200 NZD won't have a tracking service, and rural deliveries occur twice a week only.

International Delivery may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorities in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. Allow a minimum of 15-21 working days for delivery. Be aware that customs clearance or internal service delays are beyond our control. Import duties or taxes are the receiver's responsibility.

Due to the rise in parcel theft, we regretfully cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.

We ship and package all our products using biodegradable, eco-friendly materials, minimizing our environmental footprint as much as possible

Our certified products are crafted from organic, non-toxic materials, ensuring zero plastic usage in their composition.

We encourage a circular society and understand the need to check the item before you buy.

Refund Policy:

At Hemp Dreams, we are dedicated to crafting and curating top-quality products while ensuring affordability. If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase, return the unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a proof of purchase, for a full refund (excluding shipping cost).

Please note that the cost of returning items is at customer expense.

Once parcel returned, we will do a careful review to make sure the item is still in its original, unused packaging.

A $7.00 restocking fee is applicable, deducted from the refunded amount. The fee is intended to cover the costs associated with restocking returned items.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Faulty items are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

For manufacturing faults, notify us via email at dreamshemp@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

If an item displays a manufacturing fault within 1 month of receiving your order, we will happily honor a replacement*.

*Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.

Exchanges Policy:

Exchanges aren't facilitated directly; customers need to place a new order through the website.

 

Incorrect Item received:

If incorrect item received, please return unused items in the original box or packaging. We will cover a shipping cost for the refund and we will ship your correct item free of charge.
